Before filling out this form, you must first call 610-359-9999 to reserve a party time by phone and make a deposit with a credit card. Do not complete form until this is done. Deposits may also be done in person by check or cash.

Parents not permitted in the gym or rock/ Survivor Island areas. No exceptions please, therefore parents of Special Needs children are requested to call 30 days prior to event, and ask to speak to Mr. Kehler.

Birthday Party Terms As the parent booking this party I agree to be financially responsible for the cost of the party. I have carefully read all the party information in the Party Flyer and by clicking “I Agree”, I show that I agree to all the terms listed above as well as well as those on the Party Flyer and on the Party web pages. If my contact information or address is different from that listed above I will include that information in the message box above. I will inform all the parents of my guests that each child must have a signed Parent Permission form or the child WILL NOT PARTICIPATE. Mom must have gobs of fun and worry for nothing! (That’s why you have a host!) The kids must all go home with big smiles. (We charge extra if they look really, really happy.) No alcohol or smoking! (Hey this is a kid’s place and we don’t want you to have that much fun!) No one over 14 years allowed in the Gym, Rock, or Survival Island Parties. (We know you can still do that double back flip but don’t show up the kids on their birthday!). We provide seating only for the children. Seating is provided for the last 30 mins. of the party. (No couch potatoes!) Read your party confirmation letter. You’ll enjoy the day more if you clearly understand our policies and safety rules before the day of the party. Deposits are nonrefundable. No helium tanks, costumed characters, pinatas, entertainers, electrical appliances, coffee pots, stereos, TVs, knives, animals, etc. Clean, dry socks in the Kids Fun Factory, bare feet in the Gymnastics Area or Rock Climbing. Comfortable play clothes. Wire rim glasses not permitted in gym. Please no face/body paint. We welcome those with special needs. For safety, no casts, stitches, or braces permitted in the play area. Since adults are NOT permitted in the Gym or Rock / SI areas, those with Special Needs can enjoy our program more if parents inform Mr. Kehler in writing as far in advance of your party as possible (usually 30 days). Please make sure that none of your guests come injured or sick. Adults are permitted to play with the children in the Kids Fun Factory, but even in this case it is best if we are aware of all Special Children, so we can prepare our staff. All Special requests marked “To Mr. Kehler’s Attention” please. The coaches reserve the right to restrict participation based on injury or behavior according to our insurance or safety rules.

KGC's insurance carrier will not permit ANY exceptions for ANY reason. This is out of our hands. KGC can not operate w/o insurance and having insurance requires that we enforce their rules. Please be patient with our staff but children w/o forms will not participate.

To prevent this from happening YOU must make sure your guests understand the importance of the Permission Form and have it signed by the PARENTs please.
